What the numbers on this site are, and how to reuse them.
Published series
Numbers in the foundation articles come from the sources named on the page. A chart or diagram marked illustrative is a concept drawing, or a labeled illustration inside a published article or the methodology. It is not a statistical release. The GIP index level and the labor-tracker percentage are not published yet, so the site does not show them.
Method
The combination rule for GIP is described on the methodology page and drawn in the textbook figures. If a figure and a sentence disagree, the figure’s caption and the methodology page win, and the sentence should be corrected.
Reuse
You may quote a passage with a link to the page. The CSV files linked from charts may be downloaded. The wordmark and the PLE tab are the publication’s marks. Do not redraw them.
